These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.

The following goods are available on our Site:

• Pen plotter art pieces.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Plot quality
All the pieces sold are plotted on a pen plotter, this process leads to little glitch or lack of ink on some parts. All the shipped parts are the ones I considered ok and that fit my own quality expectation.
The final piece you will receive is unique because of the little default it may have. 

Quality & Color perception
- The picture of the piece may not be accurate due to the fact that some colors are not translated very well, and colors also depend on your computer screen and the camera used. 
- It is plotted on a homemade machine using a mix of manual and digital process and therefore might have slight defects in printing, such as inconsistencies in the density of the ink or slight distortions or scratch of the paper. The beauty of the process is that it leads to slight defects that make each pieces unique, and each one shipped are considered as perfect as possible by myself.
